June at Jet Speed!!!

OK- Officially halfway through June- what have we done with it so far???

May 31- we did our first farmers market co-op experiment. Shauna and I headed down to the Farmers Market in Dallas sooooooo early. Found out that not just the early bird gets the good stuff- next time we will be 'later birds' came home with nectarines, apples, corn, avacados, onions, squash, tomatos, potatos... yummy! The trick will be finding cleaver ways to ingest all of this produce as quickly as possible.

School got out on June 5th. Hooray!

June 6 we had our fun activity day party at the Olesons. Seriously Activity Days is the best calling. I love the girls- especially being in with Alexa, and I have so much fun working with Shauna and Sunny!
June 7th was my first 'postpartum' 5K- Race for the Cure in Plano- it was great- what a neat event. Had fun training for it with Mindy- and sharing her first racing experience with her! Yay us! Now that we checked that one off- bring on the Half Marathon? maybe!
The next week, we swam, had get togethers with cousins and friends...
Continued cleaning projects,
battled Emmett's croup- boy oh boy- that boy is sure a beast on prenisone! note to self: Try other methods before filling the RX.
got ready for Kaelyn's shower, it was so much fun! What a darling couple- starting out on their greatest adventure.

Today was Father's Day- We spoiled Clint all day long- he even got to battle the plague of FLIES we have in our house. How much more manly can you get? Oh, then he got to grill steak, we made a fabulous schmorgusbord... topped off with bluebell and cookies. Check out his gunshow T shirt... it totally rocks.

Your blog is so fun and your family is adorable. Lexi looks just like you but I also see Heather and Erika in her. Hopefully we can keep in touch better now and not just through our moms! :)

I need to get out to the farmers market one of these Saturdays!

I love the pic with the boys all dressed up for church in their suits!
