7/19/10- Olivia comes into the kitchen and spots a roll on the counter (a yummy Texas Roadhouse roll with that special honeybutter...) She says can I have it? What is it? a roll. Is it cake? no, it's not cake, it's bread. No mom, not bread, it's a roll.. glad we figured that out!

7/6/10 Emmett- (after a time out for some naughtiness) Well mom, I guess I am just a villian.

Emmett was showing us his muscles and stopped and said- "why are they called arm-pets anyways?"

We were discussing fire pits and fire places- and the importance of keeping them clean so they don't burn up the house. I said Dad will keep it clean, Emmett said "Oh, no- Mom would do it because I love my father and he doesn't do anything." 12/12

I had worked for a long time cleaning out the garage- making it possible to park 1 car inside and Clint came home from work talking to Kendall on the phone. He gave the garage a nod and whispered nice. I said- well Kendall stole my thunder... Andrew piped up- "Why would Kendall steal your blender?" 12/8

Upstairs playing nicely with blocks I hear Emmett in his sweetest voice say: "Livy- wanna make something dangerous?" should I be scared? 12/3

On our way home from church today while driving through the countryside, Emmett leans over to Alexa and says: "Tigers are my favorite animal. Because they eat ponies." 11/29

Emmett on finding scales on his leg after the removal of his big cast- "Mom- maybe I am turning into a beast. If I am a rascally beast, they are going to have to put me in jail." 11/24
